Passing through Monastiraki and Sintagma, located in the city center, the M3 line takes you directly to the Airport. However, from the Omonoia Square you can get on the M1 line to get to Monastiraki switching to line M2 which will get you to Sintagma from where you can get on a bus to the airport. 

The M3 line also can get you to important places like the Benaki museum, Athens Academy and Athens Concert hall.

Private Vehicle

Athens, unlike western European cities, does not have orderly streets and boulevards. You can get to the Airport via private vehicle in 30 to 40 minutes and park it in the 1360 capacity parking lot.

Lorient is located in the region of Morbihan in France. Lorient South Brittany (Bretagne Sud) Airport (LRT) in the city is located in the west of the country. The airport is located approximately 10 kilometers inland from the sea. There are direct flights to Paris of France and Porto of Portugal from Lorient South Brittany Airport. However, there are connecting flights to the cities of France and other countries.

There is no direct flight between Turkey and Lorient. The city can be reached by connecting flight from Paris. At Lorient South Brittany Airport, Air France and Ryanair airlines offer service. The means of public transportation are not used for travelling to the city center. Taxi and car rental are among the options for reaching the city center from Lorient South Brittany Airport. You can call a taxi from the stop located in front of Lorient South Brittany Airport terminal. You can reach the city center from the airport in about 15-20 minutes by taxi. Travelling between Lorient South Brittany Airport and city center will cost approximately 15-20 Euro.

You can rent a car suitable for your budget by visiting one of the car rental companies offering service near the airport. Europcar and Enterprise are among the companies that you can choose. If you rent a car for your transportation to the city center, you can also use your car in the urban transportation.

Bicycle

If you don’t prefer motor vehicles and want to use your bicycle, you can reach the city center in about 30 minutes. Travelling to the city center from the airport takes approximately thirty minutes.

Walking

It is also possible to reach the city center by walking. However, you should keep in mind that you need to cover a distance of about 7 kilometers. It will take more than one hour to reach the center if you choose this option.
