The tram departs from the central train station and passes the Bremen Am Brill stop, which is a 5-minute walk from the historic city center. The tram provides direct transportation to the airport terminal.

Taxi

The city center consists of the historic city center (Domshof) and the area north of Weser River, which is where many historic buildings are located. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport from the city center by taxi. The total fare will vary depending on the traffic conditions. However, in general, the fare isn’t too high.

Car

When driving to Bremen Airport from Bremen you can follow the tram route once you cross the Wilhelm-Kaisen Bridge. The airport has a parking capacity for 4,500 vehicles including bicycles, motorcycles, and cars. Train

This is the most preferred transportation alternative. Hamburg Airport is connected to the city with S-bahn, S1 Suburban railway network. It takes 30 minutes to reach the city by using this line. Trains depart every 10 minutes. You can get on the train line S1 from the airport, get off at Ohlsdorf station, take the line U1 and reach the city center.
