The most convenient way of reaching the city center from Šiauliai Airport is doubtlessly to take the taxis. You can go to the city center of Šiauliai in 5-10 minutes with the airport taxis, whose price tariffs are quite reasonable. The only thing to do is walk towards the taxi stations which you will encounter as soon as you come out of the terminal. Because there aren’t any branches of car rental companies at Šiauliai Airport, you firstly have to go to the city center and rent your car there. For this, you can go to the taxi stations which you can see easily when you come out of the terminal. You can also call the company from which you are going to rent a car and learn whether you can pick up your car from Šiauliai Airport beforehand.
