Odysseas Elytis Airport, also known as Mytilene International Airport, was first opened in 1948. Bus

You can reach the central locations of Sintagma Square, Athena Academy, and Agios Fanourious by taking the X95 from the bus stops located in front of the airport administration building. The journey to the city centre should take around an hour. Once you are at the 16th stop, Evangelismos Hospital, you can take either walk, or take the 732 bus for three stops, to reach Sintagma Square.

Train – Metro
