Camps Bay is a small, luxurious, and greatly popular suburb of Cape Town in South Africa. It’s located only 6 km from Cape Town city centre and can be reached in 20 minutes if you take the bus line 107.
Camps Bay stretches along a bay on the shores of the South Atlantic Ocean, and has its back to the cliffs of the Table Mountain National Park. Naturally isolated due to its location, Camps Bay attracts many local and international visitors in the summer season with its white beaches and blue flag waters. If you come here you can go diving in Witsand Beach or Lui as its also called, and Glen Beach is full of surfers if that’s your thing.
Camps bay is cool and wet between May and October. The tourist season begins with the increasing heat and decreasing rain in November and lasts until March.
