Karpacz is a town located in Jelenia Gora County in the southwest of Poland. Karpacz which is famous for being a spa and ski center has a population of about 6,000. The town, which is the most popular and entertaining ski center of Poland, is located 15 kilometers south of Jelenia Gora. The town is located at 480 to 880 meters above sea level.
