About Kwajalein Island
Kwajalein, part of the Marshall Islands, is the southernmost and largest island. The atoll, where the majority of people speaks English, is located about 4,000 kilometers southwest of Honolulu. Kwajalein, one of the largest atolls in the world, covers 97 small islands. At the same time, Kwajalein island, surrounded by one of the world's largest lagoon lakes, is about 2 meters above sea level.
A small part of the island, which has a population of 1000 people and whose majority is American, consists of indigenous people and people from other nations. In addition to many entertainment places on the island, there are 2 pools, many tennis courts, wall tennis courts, basketball court, baseball court and fields related to soccer and other sports. The Corlett Entertainment Center located in the northeast of the island is known as a place famous for its youth activities.
