The capital city of the Wadiyar Dynasty between 1399 and 1947, Mysore is the second biggest city of the Karnataka Region in South India. Because there is a palace in every corner of the city, which hosted the longest empire of the Indian history, it is mentioned as ‘the City of Palaces’, and also ‘the City of Sandalwood’ as it smells sandalwood everywhere. The Mysore Palace is the most fascinating place of the city right in the center.
