Bus

Rio de Janeiro Airport is served by bus lines operating at different times in different parts of the city. The bus 2101 runs between 05:30 and 18:00, the bus 2145 runs between 05:30 and 22:30 and the bus 1001 runs between 04:00 and 23:00.

In addition to these private buses, the public bus line 924 provides access to the city center during the day, although it is not very frequent. Buses go to different districts, but each passes through the city center. The journey by bus takes about 45 minutes.
