Train

Taking the train to the airport from the city center is very practical. Trains depart from the main railway station and get to the airport in about 12 minutes. Trains also run every 12 minutes.

Tram

The city’s tram network is also very advanced. The tram network extends to most parts of the city but the lines surround the city center. Taxis are another convenient transportation alternative to get to the airport from the city center. However, taxis are more expensive when compared to public transportation options. You can reach the city center by using the buses departing from Seychelles International Airport every 20-25 minutes. Ticket price is only 3 SCR. This bus route operates from 5:30 am to 7:30 pm during the day. It lasts about 20 minutes to reach the city center from the airport.

Many hotels on the island offer airport shuttle service for their guests. While this service is sometimes offered as shared, private vehicle can also be allocated for passengers wanting a special service.
