There are 4 bus services to Sarajevo every day. The other method which is less comfortable is to go by train. There is a train service twice a day. Banja Luka International Airport is a small and quiet airport. The average number of passengers in the last two years is about 25 thousand people. Minibus

Minibuses do not go directly to the city center but to the bus station. If you are using Banja Luka as a transfer point, the minibus is the right choice for you. On the other hand the bus station is just 2 kilometers from the city center. You can reach the city center by taking a taxi or a bus from there. The minibus departs only once a day at 15:30 and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Ticket fee is 10 convertible marks for one way per person.

Car Rental

There are several car rental offices at the airport. On average, a vehicle costs 60 convertible marks per day. If your rental period is longer than 3 days, this price is discounted. If you are planning to go to different cities, a rental car is a good alternative both in terms of time and comfort.
